Bring us a phone that will not charge, will not turn on, or has a screen you can no longer read, and the first thing we do is find out why. You get the fault and the price before anyone opens anything, and nothing gets replaced until you say so.
We work from Corner House on Kimathi Street, in the middle of the Nairobi CBD, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. If you cannot get into town, we collect and deliver across Nairobi.
What we repair
Screen replacement
Cracked glass, black display, dead touch, lines across the screen, or a screen lifting away from the frame. We stock screens by exact model rather than by generic size, so the part that goes in is the part that was designed to fit.
Battery replacement
If your phone dies at 40 percent, shuts down in cold weather, gets hot on the charger, or the back has started to lift, the battery is usually finished. A swollen battery is worth dealing with quickly, because it pushes on the screen from behind and turns a cheap job into an expensive one.
Charging port repair
Charging only at one angle, charging slowly, or not charging at all is often lint packed into the port rather than a fault. We check that first, because it costs you nothing. When the port itself has failed we replace the flex.
Water damage
Liquid damage is a cleaning job before it is a parts job. We open the phone, clean the board properly and see what survived. We will tell you honestly if it is not worth repairing, and we would rather say that than take your money.
Cameras, speakers and buttons
Blurry or black camera, no sound on calls, callers who cannot hear you, or power and volume buttons that have stopped responding. These are small repairs and we usually turn them around the same day.
How a repair works here

- You decide. Nothing happens until you do.
- We fit the part and you check the phone before you pay.
That order matters. Plenty of places quote a price before they know the fault, then find more once your phone is open. We would rather spend twenty minutes finding out first.

Phones that look alike often use different displays, batteries and charging assemblies. Send the complete model code along with a description of the fault and a clear photo, and we will confirm the part and the price before anything is ordered.

Pick-up and delivery in Nairobi
If you cannot reach the CBD, message us and we will arrange collection and return anywhere in Nairobi. Tell us the area and we will confirm the timing.
