We can come to you.

Across Nairobi, we collect the device, repair it at the workshop, and bring it back. Useful when the phone you would use to arrange a repair is the one that is broken.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your device, what it is doing, and where you are.
  2. We agree a collection time and the cost of the run before anyone sets off.
  3. The rider collects the device. What came with it is written down at handover, the same as at the counter.
  4. We diagnose it and send you the fault and the price. Nothing is fitted until you say go.
  5. Once it is repaired and tested, we deliver it back and you check it before paying the balance.
